Friends and colleagues often compliment my food choices, meals, and drinks.
I have a disability in my arms, and can't do much cooking.
However, I've found ways to make quick, easy, inexpensive, healthy meals!

I'd love to direct you to prepare and eat particular meals.
I've had a lot of experience customizing meals to fit dietary and medical needs, so let me know what works best for you.
I will gladly customize to fit your seasonal produce availability, seasoning preferences, aversions, and other needs.
