I am not responsible for items once they've shipped! Unless you request a tracking number or proof of purchase receipt, one will not be provided.

Orders are booked in once your payment is received
I reserve the right to resell/reuse any of my custom content, depending what it is, however I will not do this until after two weeks after you receive your order
