Battered Adidas Continentials

These off white Adidas Continentials got scuffed and dirty almost immediately after purchasing them... as much as I've tried and tried to clean them they continue looking old and battered!! After downgrading them to my gym/workout trainers for sweaty heated workouts I have now completely given up with them.. Thankyou in advance for taking them off my hands!!
