🥗 Controlled diet - Essentially I dictate what you consume and when. We will discuss dietary requirements, allergies and goals surrounding this. I will then write you up a meal plan and shopping list which I expect you to adhere to, you must provide me with photo evidence of each meal.
🚿 Outfit and hygiene - I don't have scruffy clients, you will dress to impress and ensure you shower every morning and evening. I will choose what underwear you wear each day and you must send photo evidence.
🏋🏼‍♀️ Daily workout - We will discuss your goals and I will send you a home workout you are to complete. You will also be expected to run every morning both of which I will require photo evidence.
🎣 Edging sessions - Edging is a fantastic exercise to help improve your self control, I find it especially helpful in encouraging obedience and improving success rates. You will receive a pre made video and guidance to help.
🤚🏼Rejection training - You will need to perform a task of my choosing once a day with the goal of making you uncomfortable. Consider it your crash course in confidence building.
🫂 Support - My aim is to improve who you are as a human. I am solely focused on your goal and ensuring you achieve it, I don't appreciate whining and you will not receive a positive reaction. However I will support you should you really need it, so do speak up.
