I pick up the solids in pieces [wearing my latex cleaning gloves of course] and squeeze out the excess dirty juices as I go. It yields about a softball sized sticky, squishy, and very hairy foul mass that absolutely reeks (I accidentally left it for 3 days and I think it fermented! 🤮) After I remove most of the solid material, I attempt to carefully pour all the dirty liquid into my newly cleaned toilet and flush it all away.
