No items will be held with out payment being made and please remember I will need to add postage onto all orders depending on where you are in the world...I will always be fair and only ever charge you what it costs me to post. If you require your parcel to be sent tracked then please make me aware of this so I can charge accordingly. I have no control over how long it will take to reach you but I will always do my best to keep you updated. Having said that, once your parcel has left my possession, I am no longer responsible for your item/items and I do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
