I took a video of my sweaty feet after my hour-long morning warm-up ballet class. This is part of my feet stretching routine as I get ready for a long stretch of rehearsals, partner work, and pointe. I really try to get my toes and joints in my feet as warmed up and pliant as possible. I take off my ballet shoes after and show you what my toes and feet look like after a class of jumping, turning, and overall just using my feet. Hope you enjoy it!
