I don’t shower often, maybe every 4-7 days. I have hair down to my thighs so the task of brushing it is very tedious, also am depressed, both of which explains the lack of self care. I wear my panties anywhere from 1-5 days. I change them most often after about 3-4 days when they are too strong and uncomfortable. Not fishy strong, but musky strong.
