Paid for his first order quickly. Promised to pay the deposit for his 2nd order today. Never did. As per my bio if an order is unpaid for 12 hours it will be cancelled and an honest review will be left. It has far exceeded 12 hours now and he has ignored all follow-up messages. I have worked with him on many of his previous accounts, and he is very hit and miss as to whether or not he actually pays. It is unfortunate that it worked out this way and no payment was made.
