Asked to set up the order, lied about sending the Amazon GC and then ghosted me

Spent ages negotiating the item, set up the order and didn’t pay. Ignored messages then asked for an add on, I said yes. Ignored messages and didn’t fulfil the order.

Looks like he started off well, but just a waster now, places an order and doesn't follow through with payment, doesn't bother replying to messages now either, order cancelled, and blocked.
