Told me he wanted to purchase something, I sent him a dozen pictures of items he wanted to buy as he kept asking to see more, I did eventually charge a small fee for this which he did pay, however he wasted so much of my time and didn’t even follow through with purchasing anything.

Avoid this time waster. Asks for things and doesn't follow though with payment
