I don’t shower often, maybe every 4-7 days. I have hair down to my thighs so the task of brushing it is very tedious, also am depressed, both of which explains the lack of self care. I wear my panties anywhere from 1-5 days. I change them most often after about 3-4 days when they are too strong and uncomfortable. Not fishy strong, but musky strong. Although I don’t shower often, I semi-clean myself and wipe very well. My smells range from musky, to acidic, ti barely there, and sometimes have an occasional very light corn chip type smell. I am more musky while untrimmed, and more fishy right after a good close shave.
