I love to exercise! Whether it’s lifting weights, running, cycling, or HIIT workouts I always give my sweaty all! Thongs are my favourite item to wear for all my sport 😉

I enjoy looking after myself, both mentally and physically.

I wear up to 3 pairs of thongs a day, depending what exercise I’m doing. During the day I’m a busy office worker often wearing tights, pop socks and more thongs!
