This buyer was unsatisfied with his order which I was very discouraged about at first, as he gave me my first negative review and was very disrespectful about it. There was a bit of an issue with the order which left him unsatisfied, which I understood. I then offered to fix it by sending him something else, not thinking about the possibility of him not changing the review after the item was received. (Which is very likely happen in todays world) So, I eventually decided to deal with the unsatisfied customer and not send out a pair of panties to replace the item he was unsatisfied with. He then messages me asking about them, and I tell him I will not be sending out a new item due to the situation of "men being snakes" (NOT REFFERING TO ALL MEN'S ITS JUST A SAYING, HE USED THIS AGAINST ME) so then deciding to not send out the package, and he proceeds to call me a liar repeatedly, and acted very childish within the situation. He then went back and changed his review to be even more rude and disrespectful, even telling people not to interact with me. Overall worst experience I've had with a buyer.
