Added a * compared to our original review to reflect the fact that, as soon as we posted our review, he got in touch. Said he would refund us, but, when he couldn't make that work, gave us two videos instead of the 1 we ordered.

When he's around, he's enjoyable to talk to and he was kind enough to throw in something extra with the video we ordered...thing is...we paid for the video order on the 3rd of April and still hadn't received it 22 days later.

Told us on the 9th that he was gonna film when he got home from work that day then we heard nothing from him until the 17th, which is when we last heard from him before today.

He told us he had stuff going on and that he had broken his wrist. We said we were happy to wait, but that a time-frame would be good. He said he'd be free the coming Saturday. GF told him straight away that she wasn't around then, would Sunday do and asked him a question. He just vanished. That was six days ago. We totally get that real life happens and we're cool with that. It's the bad coms and the promised days that stuff was going to be done that have led to the negative review.

He clearly can be good at what he does and we hope that his personal circumstances improve so that future buyers may benefit from his full attention.
