The buyer has paid and while I have said to him that his order will be fulfilled, he has been non stop messaging me and also written a couple of “scam” reviews even though he has had extra content sent to him and there has been communication throughout.

Have been unable to send paid for content due to being seriously ill. I continued to communicate with this person giving updates and offered a refund however he declined and said he would wait for the content and asked me to explain my illness which I did. I then found I was blocked and left a one star review accusing me of being a scam? Inpatient and not understanding. It would be great if you could unblock me so I can actually refund you like I initially asked… very confusing and all round horrible experience
