I have to say this has been THE most professional transaction I've had on atw. I'm not sure if she has ever worked in customer service but her attention to detail is second to none.
Communication, packaging, presentation, etc is top class.
Unfortunately ATWs rating syatem doesn't allow rating of these intangible so the efforts on the part of the seller to make it a memorable experience is not recognised. I've received panties stuffed in an envelope, thank you notes scrawled on a torn off sheet of note paper etc. I always wonder how seriously I am being taken as a paying customer when I receive such items. (spoiler alert, I'm not).
Finally it's no surprise given all of the above that what I received from this gorgeous seller is also top class.
