On August 30, 2024, I sent her the funds for a custom photo order. During the wait, some unfortunate events happened in her personal life, and she took a break from selling. Where I take issue, is that the order is still open, and she has not returned my funds. I have sent several messages and refund requests. All of which have received no response from her. It has now been over a month since payment was sent and still no reply or reimbursement. If she does return and resolves this order. I will delete this review.
