I valued this one's communication and openness while discussing a future video call at first. But the order was not fulfilled for 2 days, during which he's been online and could have canceled our plans at any time. My polite nudge/gentle reminder was also read and ignored instead of communicating the desire to cancel. It's such a shame and I *truly* hate to leave behind my first negative review, but our time is valuable.
