I have a super simple closeup foot custom request. You pretty much don’t even have to move, let alone show face or even talk. The only thing I ask for is sunlight, closeness and proper camera settings. She delivered the video and even said if she had to redo any of it, just let her know. Firstly, it wasn’t very close. Secondly, didn’t use strong sunlight or wait for it. Lastly, she ignored my camera settings. When I mentioned the camera setting weren’t right, she explained she didn’t how to change the settings, and asked me how. I took the time and effort to provide her instructions. She said thanks, and that she’d use those NEXT time I bought a vid. What happened to willing to redo? When I replied “Next time?” She replied “Yes!” If she won’t stand behind her work when she makes an admitted mistake, I can’t recommend her.
