I’m only leaving the second star because I had one positive order with this buyer in the past. He came back to me a week ago wanting another order, asked me to set it up and since then has made various excuses as to why he hasn’t paid yet, just stalling and wasting time. He’s had polite reminders to kindly make the payment before I cancel and review, stalled again and then ignored the final reminder despite reading it and being online. Seems a very hit and miss buyer so I’d approach with low expectations and only if you’ve got a lot of time on your hands. I don’t appreciate mine being wasted
